Many Oaxacans live in the San Quintín Valley of Baja, Mexico and work in the strawberry fields. Oaxacans are some of the poorest people in the western hemisphere. A Colorado ministry conducted mission trips to Baja in an effort to help the Oaxacans, and Jeff Weeks was there to photograph the effort and help raise funds for Bibles, improvements of facilities, and assistance for children
